SME Bundle Sales:

• Visit potential SME customers for SME Bundle Sales.
• Guide customers about the features and benefits of the included products, solutions & services.

Sale Booking:

• Book Sales in the SME portal & PTCL Systems upon successful closure of a sale lead.
• Post Payment in CARES and deposit cash to finance.

Sales Quality & Customer Retention:

• Make sure that customers are well aware of the subscribed products.
• Follow up to ensure that all products & solutions are activated in a timely manner.
• Keep a follow-up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied to avoid churn.

Reporting:

Daily Reporting of all activities including customer visits, sales, retention, and complaints.
